S+B is a manufacturer of pre-made and semi-custom made items. This means items that are ready to ship are made in advance in pre-determined sizes. Semi custom items are shown as a sample and then made in the size of your choice. If there are any specifications or changes to your items that need to be add, please contact us before placing an order to ensure we can accommodate the change.
For full custom orders, those are placed and agreed upon before starting the manufacturing process. A non-refundable $30 fee that is put towards the final product is collected before any work into fabric And pattern selection is made. Payment in full is received before starting with the manufacturing process.
RETURNS - We accept returns within 2 weeks from the item arriving to it's destination if something is wrong with the order and is reported immediately to email@example.com. We cannot accept returns on custom made items for choosing the wrong main fabric or size, damage during delivery or any other reasons not directly related to S+B's manufacturing process. That being said, we want you to be happy with your order, so shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns.
If the return is approved, the refund is emitted to the original form of payment and can take 7-10 business days to be Processed by your credit card or bank.
Once an order has shipped and the customer has received tracking, Squeak + Bean is no longer responsible for that order. It is in the hands of a courier (USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL) and all questions regarding the packages whereabouts should be directed to the mail couriers customer service referencing the tracking number provided. If you notice anything suspicious or your package doesn’t arrive on time, please contact us at email@example.com
To increase the durability of your handmade clothes, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild, phosphate free detergent and tumble dry low or air dry. For best, results wash with like fabrics avoiding abrasive items like towels and jeans. Iron on low with plenty of steam if needed.
LOCAL PICK UP: We are available for local pick up Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-12pm. If you select LOCAL PICK UP ONLY at checkout but you don't live in Charleston, you will receive a PayPal invoice for your shipping and we'll hold your order until that invoice is paid. TURN AROUND TIME: Turn around time for ready to ship items is 2-5 business days. TAT for made to order items is 2 weeks.
